Exclusive Aparthotel La Reunion - Ravenna

The room was like a comfy apartment, but the parking was a real hassle.

The hotel was spotless and our room was reasonably large and airy. We had coffee and cakes for breakfast, it was delicious. The staff seemed immensely pleasant and consistently courteous. Its location was magnificent, close to the historical centre of Ravenna, and the train station. Furthermore, to a fantastic street market right outside the door.

The rooms are studios with a kitchen and living room. They are tastefully and warmly decorated. The service is excellent.

The apartment-style Beautiful Suite felt roomy, complete with a kitchenette and a fully stocked fridge to kickstart our stay. High ceilings added to the charm.

Had a few hiccups, like the temperamental shower temperature, made getting cleaned up a bit of a challenge. Breakfast could definitely use improvement. Crackers and muesli don't cut it on holiday-some fresh bread would've been nice. Also faced some annoying noise from the lively pedestrian area at night, which may not bother some, but it's worth mentioning.

Location in the center of the city was a plus. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service...

Breakfast needs to be taken in a bar which is ok. Voucher, however, does just include coffee and a croissant. Orange juice was charged separately.

The spaciousness of the apartment immediately impressed me. The full kitchen seemed like a real home, perfect for preparing meals. Cleanliness stood out, with every corner well-kept. High ceilings. I particularly enjoyed the friendly staff, who offered local insights and arranged travel for me too. Breakfast had a decent variety but the small tables made it a bit cramped during peak hours. I faced a slight hiccup with the noise from the pedestrian area, which occasionally disrupted the peace. I didn't mind the sounds of life outside. It added a bit of local charm. Wi-Fi could be spotty at times, a bit frustrating when trying to plan my day online. The location is fantastic, right near historical sites and charming cafes, which makes it easy for exploration. I appreciated the unique atmosphere and comfort, despite a few minor inconveniences.

Breakfast at the next door café was rather minimalist.

Location, location and personal care. Being 2 steps away from the grave of Dante thoughts about eternal values perfectly fits the way hotel build and managed. It is elegant, self confident and well kept. It matches beatifull city completely.

What you'll love and what you won't

The location in the heart of centro storico makes walking to sights easy. The kitchenette was well-equipped.

Some noise from nearby restaurants at night can be bothersome. The breakfast area had cramped tables, especially during busy hours.

Good location

We booked an apartment for 1 week. When we arrived we received a different apartment than we had booked. Our apartment was rented to another customer, so one night we had to sleep in another apartment with a low standard. In our opinion, it was not a mistake, but a deliberate action of the owner. On departure we had to ask for a reduction because no one remembered about what happened at the beginning.
